    Fitness has always been an integral part of my life. I have competed in many running races including 3- ½ marathons. I play baseball, volleyball, hockey, ringette and love to golf and swim.
    Personal training allows me to combine my love of fitness with my passion for helping others. Seeing people reach their goals and change their lives for the better gives me great satisfaction. I enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 children. I hope to instill my love of fitness in my family, friends and clients.
